James Income Tax Service was founded in 1963 by Eugene James when the principal tools included a 10-key adding machine and a pencil. Now, 47 years later, the current owner (Eugene's daughter) Janice Krapacs, and Senior Tax Preparer Luann Cullison are registered professional tax preparers and obtain continuous education at the annual Nationwide Tax Forum presented by the Internal Revenue Service.
